At Priceless, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Credit

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your digital gift card or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
